Apartment in a splendid historical palace of the 15° century, recently totally restructured, located in the full center of the Town of Ferrara, one of the noblest Italian Cities of the Renaissance. The importance is confirmed by Google Earth as one of the most important pieces of the hystory of Ferrara (please click in Google Earth....)

The apartment is completely new, in the structures and the furnishing, located in the center of the City; it is perfectly silent, totally isolated over (is the roof) and under (is an ancient porch), and laterally flanked by a centennial garden. The access with staircase and elevator, is practically independent.
From the apartment can easily be caught up, on foot or with the bus, with a short way, all the public services. The railway station is distant just some hundreds meters, and from there very easily many important Towns can be reached: Venice (1,20 hours), Padova ((1,20 hours), Bologna (30 minutes), Ravenna (1 hour). In Bologna (at 45 km from Ferrara 1,5 hours with the train and bus) is operating an International Airport connected to many European towns, and with also intercontinental connections.
The City of Ferrara, Capital of the Dukedom of Este, deserves alone a visit of some days, for its magnificent monuments (the Castle Estense, the Cathedral, the Palace of Diamonds, the Palace Schifanoia....and many others), for its splendid tree-lined boulevards(as Corso Ercole of Este), for its museums, and for the outskirts (the "Delights" of the Estensis, buildings displaced in the countries, the Abbazia of Pomposa...) and for the wonderful landscapes of the Delta of the River Po, where tours in car or in bicycle, as well as with a boat. can be organized. In 1995 Ferrara was designated by the UNESCO as "worldwide property of the Humanity" as wonderful example of town planned in the Renaissance and still well preserved. Particularly appreciated is the local kitchen, whose specialties can be tasted in characteristic local restaurants.

Seating for 6. Glass table with 4 chairs. Three additional chairs may be added. Faced with a large sofa, suitable for 3 persons, there is a table with a television and and a set with radio and CD.

Parking. The apartment is located in the full centre of Ferrara but perfectly isolated, facing a large patio with garden. There are easily available all the comforts of a modern city as is Ferrara.
