Spacious 4 bedroom house, garden at the rear and parking at the front ,located close to the main Parade of Leamington Spa, where you can find some fantastic restaurants, shops and bars.
Thomas James House has 4 bedrooms which can sleep upto 7 people, 3 double and 1 single, 2 of the double have en-suites. The single room and 1 of the double rooms have a shared bathroom / shower. All the rooms have flat screen TV's hair dryers and some have tea/coffee making facilities.
The well equiped kitchen and dining area has a 8 seated dining table.
Why not hire our Chef who is available if you would like to have a cooked evening meal prepared at the house . This is available on request and subject to availability.
The lounge has a 50" Plasma TV and dvd player. There is a selection of books, dvds and even some board games.
Thomas James House is less than a 10 min walk to the Parade of Leamington Spa ( town centre), close to the NEC, NAC, Birmingham, Stratford upon avon and Warwick.
There is easy access to the whole of the ground floor, which incorporates the kitchen / dining area , lounge and one of the bedrooms. Please advice us if you do have a wheelchair or problems with stairs then we can arrange access to the managers quarters, for use of the ground floor toilet.
