Luxury flat located in a quite courtyard right in the heart of Venice 2 minutes from Rialto's Bridge 5 minutes from St Mark square. 80 square meters just renovated recovering also a loft, which has been closed during the II world war to hide some prisoners.
It is a luxury 80 sqm apartment with wide spaces and heights, just restructured and furnished Wooden beams on sight in all rooms. Two bedrooms located in two different floors. The upper one is located in the loft and has an extraordinary view on the Venice’s roofs. The kitchen and dining room are completely independent living quite the sleeping area. It is a premiere propriety, which will allow you to enjoy Venice as a privileged.
The dining table is located in the kitchen living the rest of the house quite. The flat is fully furnished. It has two bedrooms one has a double bed the second has a double bed, which can be shared on two singles upon request and a single. There is one bathroom with a wide shower.
The building has two entrances. The walking entrance located in a quite courtyard just behind campo San Bortolomio, the pumping heart of the city. The second entrance is a water door, located just in front of Marco Polo's house. It is thought that the best periods to visit Venice are spring and autumn. Actually Venice is always beautiful for different reasons. During the winter and the summer the number of tourists is lower. Living inside the city centre gives the extraordinary advantage of been able to go to visit it early in the morning and late in the afternoon. The flat is equipped with air conditioning.
