Beautiful beachfront penthouse with breathtaking sea views on the Peninsula of La Manga between the Mediterranean Sea and Mar Menor. The closest airport is in Murcia (San Javier), however the road from Alicante takes also only an hour. Sandy, several miles long beach is just next to the building on the Mediterranean sea, while there are also several smaller beaches on the Mar Menor seashore within walking distance. The climate of the area is one of the healthiest in the world with approximately 300 sunny days.
Yacht port and Golf Club is also in the vicinity. There are two communal swimming pools in the private area. Ideal for small children as the water in the Mar Menor beaches is very shallow. The climate and the salty water makes this region one of the healthiest places in the world. Car recommended.

This attractive apartment has two bedrooms for 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children), both with built-in wardrobes, the master of which has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with single beds. There are two bathrooms one with full size bath, the other with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The spacious living room is equipped with sofa-beds and has a separate dining area. The apartment is air-conditioned. There are two sizable terraces one opening from the living room and the other is attached to the sleeping rooms. The view over the peninsula and also over the mainland is breathtaking. There is lift in the house directly from the garage and the main entrance.

Rental Notes: Cleaning and linen change is provided at each change-over for Euro 80. Less than a week booking upon special agreement. In this case cleaning rate is Euro 100. £150 returnable breakage deposit required per booking. £100 is kindly requested to be transferred at booking to hold the booking firm, while the rest of the rent fee is to be transferred minimum 4 weeks before the planned holiday period.
The penthouse has to be vacated till 11am on the day of your leave to ensure cleaning of the property. You can accommodate latest as of 4pm in the afternoon upon your arrival.
Extra charge of taking over the key: Workdays 11-17 h free, Weekdays and Saturdays: 17-22 h and 8-11h: 25 Euros, Night (22-8 h) and Sundays: 50 Euros
