The villa is a one bed roomed property, which is elegantly furnished in typical Spanish design, and has the sun on its terrace all day. Great care has been taken to provide for all our guests requirements. So your home comprises of SKY TV, Washing machine, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Cermanic Top, Micro Wave, CD Player, Radio/Cassette. It also has a full size bath, shower & Bidet.
Included in the package for our guests is the use of the beautiful Heated Pool, Reception, Tennis Courts, Poolside Bar, Restaurant, Children's Play area, and Mini Market. Most evening's free entertainment is provided, up until 23.00 hours. In the garden, you will find a Tanning Hammock, which is unique to the villa. Quite literally you can lie on this all day without cream, but slowly tan, without burning. The technology is a British invention.

Las Brisas is within easy walking distance of the village centre. Playa Blanca was originally a tiny fishing village, which in recent years has expanded to incorporate an excellent varity of shops and restaurants but still maintains its original charm, thanks to the foresight of a wonderfully talented designer and artist Ceasar Manrique.
The beach is approx a 3/4 minute walk.The promenade walk has recently been extended and now stretches from the beach of Playa Dorada on the east side of the village past the harbor and on to the Lagoon of Playa Flamingo on the west side. To the east you have the world famous Papagayo Beaches, which take approximately 15 minutes to reach by car.

The rates are based on 2 people sharing. Please add an extra £25.00 per person per week up to 4 maximum.
Bookings - Are strictly Thursday to Thursday which is the main change over day for the island.
The complex is designed for wheelchair users, and the villa is suitable for people with some limited mobility.
Car Hire: We can arrange this for you, which you can pre book and pay for by credit card. So all you have to do is collect your baggage at the airport and go.
Reception is open every day from 8am till 10pm., and midnight on Thursdays. The keys can be collected from here.
