Villa De La Luz is a beautifully constructed villa, which has only recently been completed, and become available on the rental market. There are gardens to the front side and back with south and west facing terraces for all day sun. It is elegantly furnished with both traditional and modern Spanish furniture.
The villa has two spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes. There is a large dining and lounge area with patio doors that lead onto the beautiful sun terrace, with is private heated elegantly tiled swimming pool and heated body/foot shower, where you will also find the barbecue, comfortable sun lounges, patio table and chairs. Should you wish you could also use the pool and Jacuzzi, of the local 5 star hotel.

Villa De La Luz is situated about a 10-minute walk to the first of the world famous Papagyo Beaches, renowned for their golden sands and clear water, an area of natural beauty unspoilt by modern development. For the less able the beaches are easily reached by car. To the centre of Playa Blanca it is about 3/4 minute drive.
Los Coloradas is a carefully designed new area, to give greater access to the world famous Papagyo Beaches just on the outskirts of Playa Blanca which has been developed, with great care, so as not to disturb the natural beauty of the volcanic area in which it resides. Within the immediate area are 4 excellent Hotels, one in particular the Volcan, (5 Star) is designed like a volcano. You are welcome in all these hotels.
Playa Blanca, is the southern most tip of Lanzarote, and was recently named by the World Health Organisation as the 2nd healthiest place to live in the world, after a small town in Fuerteventura. There is now approximately a 2 kilometres promenade walk, which starts on the East side at Dorada Beach (Golden Beach) and takes you as far as the small harbour, where ferries leave on a regular basis to Fuerteventura, until you arrive at the Luxurious Timanfaya and the lagoon of Playa Flamingo on the West side. Along the promenade you will find a fascinating selection of shops restaurants, and small bars, all in keeping with the original theme of the small fishing village Playa Blanca once was.

Car Hire: We can arrange this for you, either to be available at the airport, or delivered to your villa at a time of your choice. Payment can be made by credit card should you wish to arrive and go, without the form filling on arrival.

Bookings are mainly Thursday to Thursday, this being the main change over day for Lanzarote, but we will be flexible, wherever possible, please ask.
A deposit of £100.00 per week (Non Refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Also a condition of booking is we will require to see a copy of your holiday insurance, which can be faxed, or emailed.
