Beautiful, recently renovated holiday-house in Ouren in the Ourdal, on which you will have a splendid view from the house.
Just down from the cottage, along the Our-river, there is a nice spot for pick-nicks and water-fun.
Ouren is situated in the german-speaking part of Belgium, the so-called East-Cantons on the crossroads between Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. This intersection is a monument reminiscent of the creation of the European Union.
In the area, you can enjoy nature during many bycicle or walking tours. The long hiking trail, all the way from Dutch Roosendaal to the Mediterranean passes through Ouren.
Other possible excursions: the unique situation and castle of Vianden, Echternach, Clervaux, lthe city of Luxemburg, Burg Reuland, the lake of Bütgenbach, Prüm, etc.
Shopping is good in Weiswampach (Lux), about 7km from the house.
