Gulliver is a spacious 6 bedroom cottage with free use of the superb sports facilities at the nearby St Mellion Club. There is free internet access, golf and fishing. Situated in a delightful corner of SE Cornwall, Trehill Cottages provides a high quality of accommodation to discerning holiday makers. There are 3 lakes (free fishing), 4 acres of beautifully maintained grounds with ducks & donkeys. Guests receive free membership at the superb China Fleet Club. This includes gym, indoor pools, squash, tennis, restaurants, bars, creche & much more. Golf Breaks. Free unlimited golf costs just £100 per peron per week (see below for more details). Gulliver is truly the perfect setting for a large party. The perfect setting for a reunion or family get-together.

The beamed décor and solid maple flooring create a real country atmosphere. Approached from its own private patio, you enter into the large kitchen dining room. The large table comfortably seats 12 and the brand new kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances.
There are 3 main lounge areas. A small TV room with sofa, colour TV and DVD player and shower room with wc is immediately on your right. The passageway then leads into the central lounge. There is a huge leather corner sofa, 2 fantastically comfortable leather easy chairs & a wood burning stove. There is also a TV & DVD player.
A break, sit down & get away from it all with a cup of coffee while avery one else does their own thing!. There is also a small utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
With bedrooms in two wings you can all join in but also have a bit of peace and quiet too! The east wing leads on to two double bedrooms and two twin bedded rooms. There is one bathroom and one shower room. The master bedrom has superb lake & countryside views. Stairs lead up to the west wing a double bedroom, twin and bathroom with bath and shower. Both bedrooms have lakeside views.
Outside, Gulliver has its own large patio with picnic tables and views directly onto the main lake. Steps lead down to the courtyard. This is enclosed from the lake for added safety.

Rental Notes: All weeks start on Saturday. Check in 3:00. Trehill has 7 cottages in total making it suitable for large parties of up to 26 at one time.
