The ground floor comprises a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker and microwave and a lounge/dining room comfortably furnished. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two singles. There is also a spacious shower room. Central heating and a log stove make this a cosy cottage out of season too.

Lake Guerledan is 35 minutes by car and offers a choice of water sports; swimming; fishing and picnic areas; a sandy beach and miniture golf. Horse riding is just 8kms away. The Blavet River is a short drove and offers good coarse fishing, canoeing and excellent cycling along the towpath. The south coast is 35- 45 minutes by car offering a wealth of sandy beaches, rocky coves and numerous islands to discover. The golfer too is catered for with many good quality golf courses around the south coast. The historic towns of Vannes, Auray, Josselin and Pontivy are well worth a visit with good shopping facilities and excellent restaurants

Cycling for all stages from the gentle towpaths beside the Blavet river, through quiet country lanes and villages to the more exacting marked trails..
