't Groot Kerkegoed (420m2) is a special, well guided Flemish manor farm with a rich tradition, which goes back many centuries (at least up to the 17th century). The charming farmstead, gives a splendid view, stately high windows and high wooden beamed ceilings, old chimneys and many light incursion. The farmstead is detached and spacious (more than 420 m2 living space) and on the grounds around, they are developing an early nature development project. You will be surprised by the intensity of the beautiful sparkling heaven filled with stars or the splendid sundowne. Even cyclist will enjoy it here. If it is not on the water cycle, which belongs to the farmstead waiting for you on the closely situated canal, then it is the traditional cycle (1 tandem and 10 bicycles and 4 pers. go-car are at your disposal). Along the canal is a pedestrian cycling route between Brugge and Gent. Especially Brugge is located only several peddles away. This historic Hanseatic town has the nickname "the Venice of the north" and the many old canals, little bridges and beautiful buildings is still witnees to this rich past. The vacinity of the highway Oostende û Brussels ensures that the Belgium coast (Oostende, Knokke, De Haan, à) as well as several famous cities(Gent, Brussels, Antwerp) can be reached within 30 to 60 minutes. In short; when you stay in the 'Groot Kerkegoed', you will enjoy the authentic and hospitable Flanders.
