In the heart of the region Ammerland you will find Bad Zwischenahn, a famous health resort between Bremen, the Dutch border and the North Sea.
The luxury cottage "Vor dem Richtmoor" (approx. 115 mē) is part of a 190 years old, farmhouse built in the regional style. The part you will live in used to be the stable, completely transformed into a typical holiday home. The owners have decorated it in a very contemporary style, but still made sure the original character remained. You will have access to a sauna amongst other things.
The lake of Bad Zwischenahn, the 3rd largest lake of Lower Saxony is the tourist attraction of Bad Zwischenahn and surroundings. The lake has a total surface of 526 hectare and is often called the pearl of Ammerland. Walkers and cyclists will find 380 km well signposted cycling and walking paths. The North Sea is 70 km away and gives the region its mild climate.
