On the hill of the "Steinkopf" (417 m above sea level) you will find the holiday park Ronshausen in the village Ronshausen/Machtlos. Ronshausen is a small village with 2500 inhabitants and is located between the rivers Fulda and Werra. These two rivers then form the famous Weser river.
Magnificent leafy and pine forests such as in the Seulingswald and the large mixed forests of the Richelsdorfer mountains make an oasis of quiet and relaxation from this region. The region Waldhessen is an entertainment and walking paradise for young and old, with many activities for all age groups.
The holiday park and its immediate surroundings offer safe walking paths, adventurous playgrounds and varied sport- and entertainment facilities like an indoor swimming pool.
