El Pinar is a small development of detached bungalows in a quiet setting approximately half a mile from sandy beaches restaurants and shops. The bungalow is quietly situated with a view of the surrounding hills and can sleep 6 to 8 people comfortably. New Private Pool (triangular pool pictured) and Extended living accommodation.
There are three bedrooms - two twin, one double with en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin, one full bathroom, large, well furnished lounge/diner and separate, well equipped, fitted kitchen. There is a gas cooker with full size oven,dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, satellite TV, radio/cd player. A cot is provided.
There is a covered terrace and open sun terraces and a small garden. There is a built-in barbecue and there is ample garden furniture and sun loungers. There is off road parking for one car. The communal swimming pool is about 30 yards from the bungalow and is only used by the development.
There is a weekly change of linen. The bungalow is thoroughly cleaned before your holiday. The bungalow is looked after by an English company who will be happy to help you with any problems during your stay.

Local activities in and around Moraira, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Moraira is an old fishing village, which has not been spoilt by development. There are many good restaurants, varying in price, quality shops, bars and a few clubs. It is not a rowdy resort, but has everything for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.
The beach is sandy with a beach bar. There is a large, weekly market in the town with everything from ceramics to leather, fruit and produce and local art and craft. There is a craft market every evening in the summer in the town centre. Every sport is catered for. There are many good golf clubs in the area. Water sports abound locally and there are tennis courts, a super go-kart track. There is a marina where boats can be hired. Also in the marina is a good restaurant which is open to non-members.
