This large 5 bedroomed villa is situated on a select development with sandy white beaches only a mile away. Moraira's shops and restaurants are only a five to six minute drive away so there is no need to venture too far away from this sunny location if you don't want to.
Villa Buenavista has now been refurbished to an excellent standard and is fully fitted and equiped with all those little things you may need!
The nice thing about this villa is you can sleep up to 10 people comfortably and more space to roam around in the gardens where there is the beauty of the olive and fruit trees. There are also 2 patio areas one of which is surrounding a large pool for those hot sunny days and the other is situated around the back of the property where there is a build in barbeque and serving area.
Although Moraira is an old fishing village there are still plenty of restaurants with international cuisine that vary in price, there are bars and a few clubs for dancing etc. This area is quiet but more lively when you venture into town, otherwise you can relax and soak up the sun.
The nearest beach to Buenavista is Fustera where there is a beach bar and another bar and restaurant just a few yards away. For those Souvenirs for all the family you can go to the weekly market in town on fridays which has everything from ceramics and leather to local art's and crafts.

The town of Moraira is just a short drive away. All sporting activities are available within a few kilometres of the villa. There is a long sandy beach here, and lots of room for beach games. The beaches of Moraira have been awarded the EEC Blue Flag for cleanliness. There is a promenade along the beach with restaurants and bars closeby. In the evening there is a craft market in the main square.
