3 km from here is the caracteristic little town of Medemblik, with its lovely and authentic port, many shops and nice little restaurants.
A steamtrain takes you from Medemblik to the beautifull city of Hoorn. Take the steamboat to Enkhuizen where the famous Zuiderzeemuseum is a real must-do!
