Villa Jolec is a beautifully appointed 3 bedroom villa furnished to a very high standard and only 25 minutes away from the picturesque old harbour town of Kyrenia. Large 10 x 5 metre private swimming pool, set in mature landscaped garden with sun loungers, parasols and poolside shower. Small local beach within five minutes walk from villa.
Good local restaurants and beaches. Car hire available or local bus service with bus stop only a few minutes walk from villa.
Airport transfers and car hire arranged if required.
Villa Jolec is one of several villas in a quite road in lower Karsyiaka very close to the sea. The villa was built to a high specification and is now three years old. With the long growing season the enclosed garden has fully matured affording all round privacy.
Air conditioning to all three bedrooms and full central heating for the cooler winter months enabling all year round accomodation. Both the rear facing bedrooms have small balconies that over look the pool and have good views of the sea which is only a five minute stroll away. On exceptionally clear days the coast line of Turkey can be seen. The front facing bedroom has a larger balcony where guests can enjoy an early morning coffee while gazing at the beautiful mountain view. This balcony can also be accessed from the top landing.
The property is fully enclosed with mature hedging, trees, palms and shrubs affording privacy when in the garden or pool. Extensive outside terracing for 'Alfresco Dining' on the comfortable outside furniture. Loungers and parosels have been provided
Guests are requested to bring their own beach towels for use outside around the pool.
