It has a pleasant recreational/dining room, kitchen and 14 bedrooms with only single beds. Good sanitary facilities, and also a disabled shower/toilet. There is a large sport/play field for football and volleyball for example, play installations, trampoline, ping-pong tables, etc. Located between Losser and Oldenzaal, at 7 km from the German border. There are many walking and cycling opportunities and various routes via Germany.For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
