Pixies Holt is in an enviably elevated position, in a popular area called Shutta. All the rooms are light and airy and many afford wonderful views down over to the estuary. There is a large decking area to the front of the property where the river views can be admired and there is parking for 2 cars to the front of the property.
Tastefully presented and quietly located, this property is a must to be considered as it lies about a 10 minute walk from East Looe where many pubs, shops, restaurants and amenities are on offer, not to mention East Looe's sandy beach and fishing harbour.

This detached house is spacious, elevated and boasts downstairs: large lounge, separate snug lounge, grand dining room, double bedroom ensuite, family bathroom, kitchen, and upstairs a further 2 double bedrooms all ensuite, plus a twin bedded room ensuite.
Wonderful spacious lounge with t.v/video and Sky Digi Box. Grand dining room with table to seat 8, light and airly with stunning views down to the river. Family sized kitchen with aga, gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Gas central heating.
3 double bedrooms ensuite and further twin bedded room ensuite. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms whilst 2 bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. 1 family bathroom downstairs with bath, toilet and wash hand basin. All the bedrooms are ensuite.
Parking for 2 cars outside of the property, up a steep drive. Wonderful decked patio area to the front of the property where you can take in the wonderful river views.
The Globe Inn is less than a minute walk. A 10 minute walk will see you in the centre of East Looe where there are too many pubs and restaurants to mention.

This property in my opinion is not suitable for the elderly or disabled as there are a number of steps leading up to the property.
An additional £100.00 deposit will be required in addition to the rental and this will be used to cover any breakages/damage to the property. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay subject to the property being found in a satisfactory condition.
