Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Sunset Bay Club, Playa de las Americas, Tenerife,recently completely refurbished. this apartment sleeps 4 people. The apartment is in an ideal location for both families and couples. Away from the rowdiness of the centre of Las Americas - yet still within easy reach if you wish - the Sunset Bay complex offers an ideal holiday base. Set in the select Torviscas area of Playa de las Americas, close to the prestigious yacht marino of Puerto Colon, there are two lovely beaches nearby.
The apartment sleeps 4 people. The bathroom features a lovely walk in showerThe kitchen has new units and tiling throughout and has oven, four ring hob (both electric), toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave etc., and sufficient items to make a light meal. There is attractive matching crockery and glass etc.
The bedrooms have twin beds in each room and each bedroom has a hairdryer for guests use and sufficient wardrobe space for your stay. There is a security safe for your valuables in one of the wardrobes. In the living/dining room there is a tiled top dining table and six chairs and two new comfortable sofas, a mini hifi, and TV. This room overlooks the pool and leads to a spacious private terrace furnished with teak table and chairs for your al fresco dining or sun bathing. The best beach (in my opinion) in Playa de las Americas, the Torviscas beach, is just a short walk away. Playa de las Americas, and Torviscas, has many interesting things to do and visit, the Waterpark and the fabulous Siam park are both a short walk away, and you can book lots of tours locally to many of Tenerife's fantastic beauty spots and historic towns.

Local activities in and around Torviscas, Tenerife
The apartment is in the Torviscas area of Playa de las Americas just across the road from the beach. Sunset Bay is a very popular resort and is kept to a high standard by the resort management.
Only 3 minutes walk to two sandy beaches. Very popular international restaurants and bars etc are all within a few yards and there are two supermarkets, one on the complex and one across the road. The prestigious Puerto Colon marina with its yachts and international restaurants and sandy beach fronted by seafood restaurants is also only a short stroll away. From here you can take a boat trip to see the whales and dolphins. Or go deep sea fishing to catch Tuna & Marlin, or just chill out and enjoy a drink overlooking the bay.

Changeover day is flexible, so if your flight is a Sunday or another day that most owners don't offer, then we can accommodate you. The check in time for this apartment is 16:00 (although every effort will be made to accommodate earlier arrivals). Departure time is 10:00 (although again every effort will be made to accommodate later departures). Please keep this in mind when booking your flights.

"Janette had a lovely holiday at the 2 bed apartment. Wonderful for children straight onto the pool they could get their own food reasonably priced at the poolside cafe.Pool open 10am to 8pm.Quiet at the aptment but within easy walking distance to the beach and facilities. loved Costa Adeje hope to return soon.
