Boleyn Lodge is a wonderful property which sleeps 6.
The lounge is open plan within the large kitchen/diner with level access on the front balcony. Open plan dining area within the kitchen and lounge with table and seating for 6. Kitchen fully fitted incorporating full size electric cooker and hob, washer/drier, fridge/freezer and combination microwave.
3 Bedrooms; Two double rooms of which one has level access onto a balcony. A twin bedded room with level access onto a balcony. A Continental style level entry shower, w.c. and wash hand basin. A large separate w.c.
Tarmac drive directly outside the property for parking. The rear of the lodge overlooks a large field where you can sit out and enjoy a picnic, the children can play or you can merely enjoy the view from your lodge, taking in the countryside ambience.
This lodge is approximately 2.75 miles from the fishing town of Looe, approximately 8 miles from the fishing village of Polperro and approximately 8 miles from the market town of Liskeard.
The Snooty Fox Country Restaurant and Bar accessed via a tarmac drive adjacent to the lodge.

This is an ideal touring base for the Edent Project, National Trust properties, or many nearby coastal retreats awaiting your visit.
