Marigold Cottage is a centrally located 400 year old Cornish Cottage affording 3 storey accommodation, comprising of Kitchen/diner on the ground floor, Shower room and lounge on the 2nd floor and large kingsize bedroom with its grand four poster bed and its vaulted ceiling on the 3rd floor.

This historical typically Cornish one bedroom cottage is situated in the heart of Polperro and offers a wealth of "olde world" charm with its beams and vaulted bedroom ceiling and delightful furnishings offering comfortable accommodation, with the added bonus of private rear garden with its own decked patio area, affording lovely roof top views down over to Polperro village.
Large comfortable lounge with t.v. and portable cd player. There is an additional small dining table in the lounge as well as in the kitchen. Dining facility within the kitchen with table and seating for 4. There is also a small dining table within the lounge. Kitchen open plan within dining area. Quaint Cornish Cottage kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, and washer/drier.
1 bedroom with kingsize four poster bed. Additional fold out guest bed and air bed available for extra guests. There is a travel cot at the property, although linen for this is not provided. 1 shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c.
There is a tiered garden to the rear of the property, accessed via a series of steps providing a small decked area with table and chairs and small bar-be-cue. This garden offers tranquility and privacy with scenic roof top views down over Polperro. There is also allocated parking approximately 75 yards away from the property.
Although this property ideally sleeps 2 there is provision to sleep 4 as there is a fold out guest bed and air bed available. Children are welcome and can be accommodated on a fold out guest bed and air bed, however care should be taken as there are a number of steps leading to the rear garden and children must be supervised at all times by adults.
Marigold Cottage is quietly located in Landaviddy Lane, whilst being a stone's throw from the heart of Polperro where all the pubs, restaurants and shops will be found, as well as the fishing harbour.

Marigold is a stone's throw from all of the pubs and restaurants on offer in Polperro. For keen walkers, the coastal path is a must to be considered with walks leading to the nearby Tallandy Bay and Looe. Polperro has much to offer including coastal and fishing trips and lies about 45 minutes from the famous Eden Project, and less than an hour drive from the city of Plymouth. Truro city is approx. 1.5 hour drive away.
