Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath Spanish villa, with own private pool, and lovley garden, patio furniture and BBQ. This stunning villa with spacious roof terrace, is located on the lovely La Torre Golf Resort. Very tastefully furnished with a contemporary flair, sleeps 4/6.
The garden is totally enclosed, making it ideal for families with small children. The position of the villa on the complex is great; walking distance to the amenities on site, and yet far enough away not to be disrupted by noise.
15 minutes to the Mar Menor beaches, walking distances to the restaurants and shops, pools, tennis courts on La Torre. 20 minutes to Murcia (San Javier) Airport.
Villa Crouch consists of one double and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one with lovely vanity unit) and is fully airconditioned. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge includes a double sofa bed and satellite TV. Sleeps 4/6.
There is ample garden furniture, 6chairs and stylish table, and 4 sun loungers, Lovely patio and private pool, as well as enlosed garden. Private pool - 7 x 4m max, as well as internet connection.
The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.
While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre’s 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer. There are 14 swimming pools, 2 of which are very close to the Townhouse, as are the tennis courts.
The unique Town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including: La Encina Restaurant. Trattoria Acacia Italian Restaurant. Clover Irish Sports Tavern. El Roble Tapas Bar. El Avellano Ice Cream Parlour. Wood House Bar & Coffee Lounge. Pino's Bar. Tennis courts. Children's playground Bamboo restaurant
There is also an on-site Supermarket with home delivery service, it is a lovely supermarket that stocks all the necessary supplies, Spanish and English and is surprisingly not overpriced.
