The house is spread across four floors & consists of an entrance room, bunk room and bathroom on the ground floor. The second floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, on the third floor is the large double bedroom, and the fourth floor takes you up onto the private sun terrace equipped with sun lounges, table, chairs & B.B.Q.
This house is nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees and overlooks a charming 17th century church. The village is equipped with all amenities, (Bakeries, butcher, two small supermarkets, petrol station, and hotel, a couple of bars that sell snacks and plenty of shops selling local wines.) There is a lively and friendly atmosphere in the village which becomes even more so in the summer months.

Personally I think its best suited for just two adults, or two adults and two children.

Within the village there is a wonderful river for fishing on. (Licences to be bought in the local Tabac.)
The never ending vine yards lend themselves to walking and cycling. (In the house you will find two adult bikes.) There are communal tennis courts and an indoor swimming pool. If you want a more relaxing approach head of to the local wine shops in the village to sample their produce then sleep it off on the terrace in the afternoon.
Other activities in the area: A visit to the historic coastal town of Collioure. Local Markets in Perpignan. Take a walk through Gorge de Galamas. One hour to Carcassonne. 5 Km of costal beaches around Perpignan.
