Situated on a modern complex just 800m from the long sandy Blue Flag beaches of Vera Playa, Casa El Coto offers spacious accommodation with 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin situated over 3 floors, 2 of the bedrooms boast en suite facilities. and terraces. One of the bedrooms is extra large and would also accomodate an extra bed for larger groups.
The bright airy lounge has leather sofas and overlooks the large wraparound terrace which enjoys views of the peaceful communal gardens, just along from the large communal pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and the lounge is served by Sky TV in addition to many local channels.
1 twin room is on the ground floor and shares a shower room on same level.
2 double rooms are on the upper level and each has en suite bathroom and private terrace, one with direct access to roof terrace.
The huge family bedroom is on the lower ground floor and has large double bed plus extra bed, ideal for parents and a child or a cool teenagers hang out!!
The large roof terrace enjoys magnificent views of the coast and the old Moorish village of Mojacar.
The complex is spacious with green areas, water features and large swimming pool with modern decked surround.
Local facilities include a large supermarket just 25 metres from the villa and Vera Playa is home to a large waterpark, sports centre and commercial centre with numerous shops bars and restaurants.

Local activities in and around Vera Playa, Almeria
Vera Playa enjoys a range of facilities including; Sports Centre with golf driving range, paddle tennis and gymnasium. The large waterpark is nearby and the beaches are some of the best in the area. The challenging Valle del Este golf course is just 10 minutes drive and there are a further 3 courses close by. Vera Playa also has a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops including a small shopping centre with boutiques, gift shops and cafes.
The nearby town of Mojacar is just a short drive away and offers many facilities including; beach sports and horse riding. The old village "Mojacar Pueblo" can be seen from the terrace of the villa and is well worth a visit. Built by the Moors, this is a typical Andalucian whitewashed village with cobbled winding streets, stunning views of the coast and countryside from the main square and a handful of bars and eateries, plus the bustling weekly market.
