FINCA CRESPO is a lovely traditional farmhouse, completely walled-in and very private, (Accomodating Up To 12 guests With The East Wing or Annex).
Approached through long, sweeping private driveway. This "mini mansion" is surrounded by hectacres of grapevines and orange trees. A very cosy second home with private Barbecue-in-built and pool, oo-site parking for several cars.
Good value for money large spacious recently restored to high standard, a mini mansion comfortable and well furnished. It has lots of character and an idillic countryside location close to the sea.
A lovely airconditioned & heated house that accommodates up to 8 guests in four bedrooms, (excl. East Wing). Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one shower room, one lounge-kitchen,spacious living-dining room, own pool 9m x 5m , for up 8 guests.
An adjoining annex in the East Wing of two more bedrooms and a bathroom for 4 guests more.
The airconditioned and heated accomodation is in two levels: Ground Level with large lounge-diner opening out to large covered terrace areas. Spacious well equipped lounge-kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Satellite television system, glazed naya. Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet shower room. Second level with one Master bedroom, two twin bedrooms and one bathroom.
Also the EAST WING or ANNEX extends the property with 2 further bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, completely well equipped kitchen and 2nd lounge-dining room, interior “patio”, .... Catering for 4 guests more.
Based on 12 guests the east wing is GBP 450.00 (€ 650) per week extra when booking the Main House.
