Casa Dei Sogni is set in the small village of Taponecco in the Taverone valley. There are breathtaking views of the Apennine Mountain range not only from the house itself but also from all around the area. There is fresh bread delivery most mornings to the village. The town has narrow cobbled streets and stone archways. Many of the locals still house their cows or rabbits in the cantinas of their house just as the generations before them have done.

The villa consists of: Two bedrooms. Both have mountain views. Large master with double bed, 2nd Bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is completely new with modern appliances including a gas cooker and oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked including glassware, utensils, silverware, pots and pans and linens. The kitchen has views onto a beautiful little piazza with stone columns and arches.
The large living room (formerly two rooms) has views over the Apennine Mountains. It has a wood-burning fireplace and there is a balcony off the living room door to enjoy the views. The living room has been furnished with a dining room table and chairs (6 people), a luxurious sofa/bed and a side cabinet housing the table linens. The bathroom has been restored with a custom bathtub and shower, toilet, sink & vanity cabinets. The bathroom is stocked with towels.
The house has central heating with radiators in every room as well as a wood-burning fireplace in the living room so guests can be comfortable all year long. Thanks to the altitude and mountain climate even with the heat of summer there is a nice breeze. The windows are all operable and have fly screens with new shutters to the mountain side. The house has its own private garden with stunning views to the Apennine Mountains. In one corner of the garden there is a new slate terrace providing a quiet area for reading, relaxing, sunbathing, sleeping, outdoor dining, drinking wine or any of these combination! Parking is available adjacent to the house.
