This very large 4 bedroom duplex apartment with terraces on both levels offers panoramic views across the golf course to the sea and mountains, and is extremely well equipped to make your holiday both comfortable and enjoyable. The south facing penthouse is on the top floor and overlooks the swimming pool and landscaped tropical gardens. This is a luxurious and spacious apartment that sleeps 8 and is furnished to very high standard with marble floors throughout.
The lounge opens to a front terrace and has a separate dining area with seating for 8. The front terrace enjoys the sun nearly all day. Relax in the sun loungers and enjoy the views across the golf course to the sea. The roof terrace receives the sun all day, and has spectacular views of the coast, as well as overlooking several holes of the Miraflores golf course.
Located on Riviera del Sol, just next to Calahonda, probably one of the most popular areas of residential tourism on the Costa del Sol. Much loved by holiday makers and permanent residents of many nationalties, Calahonda is perfectly located for access to all that the Costa del Sol can offer. Easily reached by either the N340 coastal road or the E15 toll road, Calahonda is approximately a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, neswagents, banks are just a few of the facilities you can find in the large commercial centres at the two main entrances to Calahonda. Just a couple of minutes drive from Riviera del Sol is the beautiful marina of Puerto Cabopino. Cabopino has one of the finest beaches in the area, and also a large choice of excellent international restaurants and reasonably priced beach bars.
Car hire might be recommended for maximum pleaseure during your stay, however bars, restaurants, shops and the beach are all within walking distance.

Riviera del Sol is surrounded by many 1st class golf courses. Due to it's proximity to Fuengirola and Marbella, there are many water sport activities available. To entertain the children - Fuengirola zoo and Aquapark are a mere 10 minures drive away. Glitzy Marbella and Puerto Banus can be reached within a 15 minute drive from the apartment. La Cala de Mijas - only a 5 minute drive away - has lovely beaches, and a host of bars,restaurants and shops. La Cala also hosts a very good market on Wednesday and Saturday.

The Mijas Aqua Park is a great day out for the whole family. Tivoli world is the Costa del Sol’s own theme park, and provides plenty of attractions for a great day out. You'll enjoy the exciting new rides and plethora of shows at the different squares, taste all the gastronomic options in the themed bars and restaurants, and leave with a big smile on your face.
Da Bruno is widely regarded as one of the best Italian restaurants in the area – situated very close to the Port of Cabopino, it provides a great atmosphere, excellent food, and an all round satisfying experience that is hard to beat.
