Wenmouth Cottage is a 17th Century 3 Star Rated (by the Visit Britain Quality Assurance Board) Cornish Fisherman's cottage. Beautifully restored and tastefully furnished to a high standard and located in a "tucked away" position yet, still affording lovely views down over West Looe to the quay.
Wenmouth Cottage boasts a cosy lounge, kitchen/diner, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room and a conveniently linked (to both bedrooms) shower room, affording an "ensuite feel" to these rooms.
Quaint and newly furnished lounge with new carpets and leather settee. There is a t.v/dvd with 30 Channel Freeview. Pretty coal affect electric fire in the lounge and night storage heaters throughout. Dining table and seating for 4 within the kitchen. Kitchen is newly fitted with a good range of units, boasting electric double oven, ceramic hob, larder fridge, microwave and washer/dryer.
2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin bedded room), both are linked to the shower room offering an en suite feel. 1 Shower room upstairs with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet linked between the 2 bedrooms, making the bedrooms in affect ensuite!
There is an allocated parking space with permit a very short distance from the property. There is no outside area, although there is a bench outside of the property where one can sit and take in the tranquility.
Wenmouth comes with its own parking closeby and is located in a sought after area of West Looe where its position enables you to reach West Looe Harbour within a few minutes, together with welcoming pubs and convenience stores. The Jolly Sailor Pub is less than a minutes walk. The Harbour Moon about a 2 minute walk. 5 minutes walk from East Looe where many pubs and restaurants will be found.
In summary, a conveniently located Fisherman's Cottage boasting character, taste and tranquility, yet very close to the harbour where you can watch the fishing boats motor in or perhaps take a coastal cruise, speed boat trip or even see our wonderful sea life with the glass bottom boat!

Wenmouth Cottage is quietly tucked away in West Looe, yet affords some lovely upstairs views down over into West Looe, down to the harbour. It's convenient location means that within a minutes walk you can be at one of the oldest pubs in Looe, or to the harbour, and a 5 minute scenic walk along the quay, will get you into the heart of East Looe where all the amnenities are to hand. You may also be able to get the novil boat ferry across to East Looe tide permitting!
