Accommodation consists of lounge / kitchen / dining room with bar and second lounge area / 5 double bedrooms / 5 bathrooms ( 4 ensuite) / gym / private garden / private heated salt water pool / Jacuzzi / private parking / utility room and third lounge - games room & full A/C.
The villa is situated in a beautiful & peaceful residential street, and has the most fabulous views which give way to the most exotic sunsets at night. South facing, this villa benefits from sunshine from dawn to dusk yet with elegantly designed shaded areas to relax and cool in. The garden is a delight of foliage and colour with both grass and terrace and the villa itself is designed specially for the holiday maker with every modern convenience imaginable, plenty to entertain both adults and children, and the most tasteful furnishings and décor.
4 of the bedrooms have full ensuites whilst the 5th bedroom has use of a separate shower room. All have either double or twin beds, independent A/C & heating & are tastefully decorated and furnished.
The master ensuite is a work of art, with marble floors, mirrors, jacuzzi bath, double sink & screened WC & bidet. There are 3 more ensuite bathrooms all with bath / shower, bidet, WC, sink and cabinet – all very tastefully designed with modern ceramics, tasteful bathroom furniture and chrome fittings. The fifth bathroom is a shower room with walk in shower (with radio), sink and WC.
The fabulous lounge has double aspect patio doors to the dining terrace and pool, marble floors & an open fireplace. This room has tastefull decor & furnishings.
The stylish custom made hand painted wooden KITCHEN features a fireplace, glass bistro table, double sink, granite worktops, marble floors, arch to the living room and sliding doors straight to the dining room.
The elegant dining room has fabulous views to the garden, pool and mountains. It features a huge dining table and chairs for 10, a second lounge “chill out“ area & a bar to die for with 4 bar stools, fridge, freezer, built in drinks cabinet, music system, & dart board.
EXTERIOR
The thoughtfully and tastefully designed garden affords space for all kinds of purposes. The large sun terrace has sun bedsl, a wrought iron barbeque, & flower borders. Sunk in the ground is the Jacuzzi which seats 7, and next to this is the shaded dining area. The heated salt water pool has a shallow end, non slip tiles & a play house and slide.
Next to the heated (great all year) salt water pool is also the delightful shaded lounge area for those long hot summer nights. The whole garden is surrounded by foliage & is an array of colour.
The garden is south facing so gets sunshine all day all year & with fabulous views to mountains behind, & gives way at night to the most spectacular sunsets.

4 Bathrooms, 1 Shower. 4 of the bathrooms are full bathrooms * ensuite. The 5th which is a shower room services the 5th bedroom and also has direct access to the pool and garden. All have quality ceramics & fittings.

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The kitchen is very modern with granite worktops and all modern appliances, including a feature "pull out" oven. A seperate utility room with washing machiine and drying terrace complete the standard.

Real Fire, Central Heating, Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels Provided, Internet Access. The villa is cleaned and bedding/towels changed on arrival on departure and every 7 days. Additional maid service (laundry, ironing, addiotional cleaning etc can be provided by request).

Seating for 10. The large dining room can accomodate 10 / in addition there is a dining table in the lounge for 4 / in addition the kitchen has additional dining for 4 more. Further dining is outside on the terrace.
