The accomodation is positioned in a quiet location just 5 minutes drive from the village, ferry, restaurants and bars in the centre of Menaggio. Sleeping 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms, the apartment has been beautifully designed with the syling undertaken by an interior designer and with a balcony for alfresco suppers, you have the perfect base to relax during your stay.
Menaggio itself is probably the prettiest village on the west side of the lake with palm lined lake walks, cafe lined piazza, a beach, designer boutiques, award winning geletaria (try the nut and vanilla icecream!), enoteca with an authentic range of wines and champagne, supermarket, dry cleaners, bank, post office, taxi service and of course ferry and bus service that access the major villages along the lake! (Bellagio is just a 20 minute ferry ride from the village). In summary, Menaggio is The lake village par excellence!
The apartment has been designed to maximise space for living and is more in keeping with a home than a standard rental property. A plush sofa, modern stylish kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher and microwave. The owners are keen cooks and have made available several cook books to get you in the mood to cook up a storm in the kitchen, whilst the balcony with superb lake view will no doubt entice you to create an alfresco lunch no doubt with dining for 4 available on the patio furniture. The living room also includes a modern dining table for 4 guests, tv & dvd.
The 2 bedrooms sleep 4 guests with ample wardrobe space. Choose from single or double rooms to suit your taste! The contemporary beds have been specially designed in order that they can be used as doubles or unzipped to make into singles. Just let us know your requirements when you enquire and hey presto we'll make the beds into double or singles as you wish! The bathroom is brand new and spotlessly clean and features a shower, w/c and bidet. A washing machine is available in the outroom. Car parking is available with your own garage included downstairs from the property.
