Parque Santiago 1 has been a firm favourite holiday destination with discerning holidaymakers. This well maintained complex which boasts a heated pool during the winter months and central location make it an ideal choice for a holiday. The apartment has been refurbished to a comfortable standard and is ideal for couples or families with older children wishing to be close to the sea and in a central location.
Entrance leads to a fully fitted kitchen with a large range of units. Built in oven/hob/microwave and washing machine. Kettle - toaster and a good range of crockery and glasses are also provided. A dining table and four chairs are located here. There are two leather sofas along with a coffee table and a TV. Currently the TV receives the complex satelitte which includes English Channels. Patio doors lead onto the long balcony which has views of boulevard and the sea. Hotel Conquistador is opposite the aparment. Patio tables and chairs along with sun awnings are provided for your use.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds with fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp. An ensuite shower room with WC, sink and mirror over compliments this room. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. An ensuite shower room with WC, sink and mirror over compliements this room. Patio doors lead onto the balcony.
Both sets of patio doors have shutter doors which keep the apartment cooler. The complex has a heated pool during the winter months and sunloungers can be hired for the day. A pool bar serving drinks and snacks is located here.

Shops... again too many too mention but Mango is just a 3 minutes walk away!
