Stunning villa just 50 metres from the sea, in a complex of just 6 properties in the tranquil coastal village of Punta Mujeres, A delightful canarian fishing village. We have provided a ping-pong table and bikes free of charge for you to use. The villa has a Fully fitted kitchen, living/dining room, 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. There is also a large front terrace overlooking the solar heated communal pool. If this villa is booked please ask for details of the neighbouring villa which may be available. For larger groups both houses can be rented sleeping up to 14 people.

The house is fully equiped for your holiday needs, all linen & house towels provided. There is a fully fitted kitchen including 4 ring stove, freezer, fridge, grill, microwave, oven & washing machine. The master bedroom has a dressing area, en suite bathroom and private balcony with views to the sea, and over the communal pool area. Bedroom Two has fitted wardrobes, one set of bunk beds and a cot if needed. These two bedrooms are on the top floor. Bedroom Three has two single beds, built in wardrobes and is on the ground floor, next to the second bathroom.

Communal Pool, Terrace, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. The community of just 6 houses has use of the pool and surrounding area. The house has its own terrace off the living area with BBQ, table, chairs and 2 sun loungers.

This property has a bedroom bathroom and living area on the ground floor for the elderly or wheel chair users though the doors widths are a standard size. Smokers are requested to smoke outside.
Local activities in and around Punta Mujeres, Lanzarote
Punta Mujeres has the beauty of being a Canarian Fishing Village along with all amenities needed, ie. restaurants, supermarkets, bakers, sea front tapas bars etc. A wonderful place to holiday and experience the true Lanzarote life style. The islandīs only 18 hole golf course, situated in Costa Teguise, is only a 15 minute drive away.
There is also a neighbouring propery within the complex also available for holiday lets this is ideal for 2 Families to rent on the same small complex but be independent.
Sports events
A fantastic annual event on Lanzarote each year a cuadrathlon open to all ages and you can take part in all 4 sections or as a relay team.
Lanzarote is ideal for water sports and boasts a good range.
WINDSURFING - This is available from two of the nearest points to the property either on Arrieta Beach just in front of the house or at Jameos Del Agua. Costa Teguise being just 15 mins away has numerous places where you can hire equipment and have a great sail.
SEA KAYAK - This is also available in Costa Teguise
DIVING - . There are numeros places for diving on the island the nearest to the propery is at Arrieta Village.
KITE SURFING - is increasing growing here and Famara beach is the main place to sail here.
SURFING - best waves are either off East Coast Arrieta beach or Punta Mujeres or West Coast at Famara. You can have lessons and hire equipment at Famara.
SAILING - For a day out sailing the prestigious Puerto Calero offers either private yacht or speed boat charters or a day out on a 80ft Catarmaran.
FISHING - You can always go fishing either from the pier at Arrieta or go out on a boat from Puerto Calero.
Golf
The 18 hole golf course is in Costa Teguise set at the foot of an old volcano, surrounded by 3000 palms, cactus and beautiful views to the sea. Group or individual classes are available from one of the two golf professionals.
The house is 2nd line to the sea in a residential cul de sac in Punta Mujeres, and is a 35 min drive north from the airport the roads are all clearly sign posted and in good condition.
