It has a private HEATED pool, HEATED toddler pool, children's swing/slide, table tennis table, all within 1200m2 of secure mature gardens. It is ideal for family or friends sharing due to the lay out.
It offers -master beds with luxury mattress toppers, projector TV with huge motorised screen, quality surround sound, sky+ with all packages - sports, movie & children’s, Wii console with interactive family games, iPod docking station, 24hr internet access, plus two kitchens.
We specifically cater for families with children & have an extensive library of books, lots of children's board games & toys from dressing up clothes to train sets, wooden rocking horse, building blocks & a dolls house.
For families with babies, we supply - a steriliser, bottle warmer, food blender, a travel cot, changing mat, baby bath, high chair & a push chair.
Only 3 hours from St-Malo & 1 hour from the airports of Nantes & La Rochelle ideal for those wanting an easy trip to excellent beaches & sunshine.
In the sitting room indulge in your very own home cinema with sky+ and watch your favourite shows on a Projector TV with huge motorised screen - excellent for watching either sports, 'the tweenies' or a good old fashion film. There is also a huge video library for family entertainment with a large selection of top titles, lots of toys, games & dressing up clothes for the kids. Also enjoy the interactive Wii which offers hours of fun and particularly excellent on the big screen!
The open-plan kitchen has been meticulously furnished & equipped. As well as the main kitchen, you will also find a back kitchen with an additional 5 burner hob plus & extra oven. There are two large farmhouse kitchen tables with seating for up to 13. We have everything you would expect to find in the kitchen including washing machine, microwave & a huge stainless steel fridge freezer - (very important!) Lots of large serving dishes, crockery and cutlery have also been supplied so there will be no shortages when preparing a large family meal.
You will also find kitchen essentials like washing up liquid, dish clothes, bin bags, kitchen foil, cling film, kitchen towels & salt & pepper grinders at your disposal. A few less items to pack & always appreciated.
Two master bedrooms, one twin (able to made into extra double if required) one triple bedroom (one set of bunk beds & adult size bed) & one quadruple bedroom (with two sets of bunk beds) For maximum comfort, all double beds have mattress toppers and the highest quality bed linen & bath towels are provided.
There are two family bathrooms at the property, both with double sink units, one with a huge shower, and one with a Jacuzzi bath and toilet. There is also a separate WC at the property.
Please note - one children’s bedroom does not have a window but extremely good lighting.

Le Mimosa is only a 2 minute stroll from the centre of Angles. It has a large street market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings - an excellent opportunity to sample much of the locally produced food, including cheese, meat, fish and wine.
Located so close to the village, you can either take a leisurely walk down in the morning to pick up your fresh baguette and croissants, or stroll down in the evenings to a choice of great restaurants. You don’t have to load all the kids in the car (plus all of the equipment that comes with having a family) to have a great night out!
In the summer months Angles organises special events in the square including fun days, evening entertainers, jazz and blues nights, firework displays & night markets. You can sit with the locals and enjoy 'moules & frites' listening to a band watching the kids dance to their hearts content.
The village has its own Office de Tourisme, as well as a post office, two banks, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, an aromatherapist, a pharmacy, five cafés/bars and four restaurants. There are also two supermarkets, two butchers, a fishmonger and a fruit & vegetable shop.

Indian forest adventure
Marked trails in the forest up to 20ft high give you up to 122 different challenges. You are suspended by safety harnesses and are able to climb, swing, dismount and even slide across the forest. Great area for toddlers too, with themed bouncy castles, ball park, rock climbing, inflatable park, trampolines, swings, slides, ropes and pony rides to name but a few! Excellent day out for the children and for adults and only 5 minutes away, Great fun and highly recommended.

Puy du Fou is where time stands still - take a journey through 2,000 years of history. You will see villages from different eras, gladiators still doing battle, Vikings launching attacks on fortified castles and jousting knights plus a 1900 market town and a 18th Century Village. In the summer, there are 28 evening/night shows with 300 fireworks per show, 2000 digitally-controlled projectors, 1500 computerised fountains, 4500 costumes and many more special effects. There are minstrels in the heart of the woods and master falconers in the meadows. This huge area covering 40 hectares will be an instant hit with children and adults alike.
The beach at La-Tranche-sur-Mer (10 minutes away) has a 6-hectare area of water for water sports. The "Cercle Nautique Tranchais" (CNT) offers sailing, windsurfing, kite-surfing and sand-sailing. The area is also superb for boating and surfing enthusiasts
The famous city of La Rochelle is just 45 minutes away. Explore the chic shops or watch the world go by from one of the many trendy bars or bistros. And after an exhausting morning's shopping, you can look forward to a leisurely lunch in one of the mouth-watering seafood restaurants which overlook the port.
You can enjoy two types of fishing - On the freshwater rives upstream from the lock gates at Moricq (5 mins away), you can try for pike, perch, carp, bream and other bleak. You will need a licence which can be purchased at our office du tourism.
Or you can fish in the saltwater reaches of the Lay, from the gates of Moricq to the mouth of the river which is subject to maritime regulations, so you can fish free of charge, for grey mullet, eels and plaice.

Prices are advertised in GBP, however, payments are taken in Euros on an exchange rate of 1.30%.
Credit Card payments are accepted, however a 2% surcharge applies with this method of payment. Alternatively payments can be made by international bank transfer.
Winter lets are welcome from Mid October through to Mid April each year at a price of 1300euros per month and are based on one family sharing. Bedding, electric, gas, water, personal taxes, sky packages or any fuel is not included within the price and is the responsibility of the tenant to pay.
