Perfect villa for rest, relaxation, pool and barbecue. 1.5 acre grounds with fruit trees, located in a rural area among vines, almond and olive trees, overlooked by the Montgo. Just a 10 minute drive to the beach.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms plus a Dutch gallery with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, double height lounge with fireplace, country kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher, new shower room with large shower and new bathroom. There is an outside BBQ house with large covered dining area for up to 16 people. Another outside covered seating area with comfortable chairs. Lawned garden around the pool and lots of fruit trees within the grounds. There are various local restaurants and a supermarket within a 5 minute drive. La Sella 18 hole golf course is just a 7 minute drive away.
If you are travelling with children we can help you with some extras to make your stay more comfortable. We will collect from the hire shop free of charge and arrange for the following equipment to be at the villa. Please be sure to book well in advance especially in mid, high and peak seasons as items are limited so you may find the equipment is not available.

Private Pool, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. The BBQ area is next to the summer dining area. In addition there is an outdoor covered terrace with comfortable sofas.

Local activities in and around Javea, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Locally there is a supermarket within a 5 minute drive as well as several restauants offering great value 3 course "menus of the day" for less than 12 euros. Slightly further, about a 10 minute drive away, is the 18 hole La Sella Golf Course alongside the Marriott Resort and Spa where you can use the facilities (for a fee). Javea´s sandy beach is a 15 minute drive in the busier summer months and 10 minutes in the lower season.
