Villa Laqmani is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Villa. Very spacious plot, private pool, with views onto the mountains in the backdrop as well as breathtaking high ceilings.
Villa Laqmani sleeps 6 people, with large spacious terraces as well as a private garden and a swimming pool. There are 3 bedrooms , one double ensuite, and a further 2 twin bedrooms. High vaulted ceilings, superb BBQ and outside dining area, leather furnishings, jacuzzi bath and double vanity units in the ensuite... are just some of the fine features of this villa.
El Valle Golf has a golf club house with bar and spacious lounging area, as well as stunning terraces, a supermarket, a la carte restaurant and Irish bar.

There is a shower room with large walk-in shower plus basin WC & bidet. The Villa has a spacious feel with bedrooms off long corridor and the lounge/dining room has a high vaulted beamed ceiling. All accomodation is on one floor i.e bungalow style. There is an outside covered eating/sitting area some 18' in length.
The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months, Satelite LCD TV. Bosch fitted appliances with American style fridge/freezer.
The Polaris World Resorts are built to a very high standard, not often seen in Spain. The villa is set amongst landscaped gardens with shrubs and trees with large areas of grass, with fantastic views of the Mountains of El Valle (from the rear), yet only a 20 minute drive from the beeches of San Javier and Los Alcazares.
El Valle has an 18 hole golf course.

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 60 min drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.
As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
