Situated just paces from this beautiful sandy beach with no roads to cross and within walking distance of shops, restaurants pubs, watersports centre, tennis courts and golf course etc., this traditional Scottish family home is ideally situated for those wishing to have a relaxing holiday with plenty for the children to do right on the doorstep.
The house has recently been upgraded internally yet retains all the traditional features expected in a house of this era including some beautiful natural wood finishings throughout.
On two levels, the accommodation comprises:-
Ground floor: Entrance Porch with original tiles and space for beach gear, coats, wellies, and place to clean off sandy little feet and/or dry off the dog through to a welcoming hallway steeped in character.
Sitting Room - A lovely bright and sunny room overlooking the garden with original fireplace housing living flame coal effect fire, comfy seating, colour tv with freeview digital channels. Dining table and six chairs, with french windows leading out to the conservatory.
The conservatory overlooks the garden, this is a place to relax and read the paper or can be used as a room to take your meals in. Good sized kitchen, very well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cooker, table/chairs. A useful downstairs wc and wash basin.
First Floor: Master bedroom - A spacious bedroom with lovely sea views, double bed, ample wardrobe space, dressing table etc. Bedroom two has a superking sized bed or can be two singles, again a spacious room with clothes storage etc. Bedroom 3 has adult sized bunk beds, spacious room also with sea views, ample clothes storage etc.
