Waterfront Cottage is located in Miller Terrace on a row of terraced traditional dwellings looking onto the Firth of Forth. The accommodation is presented to an extremely high standard and has many excellent features ideal for a holiday break.

Ground floor:- Sitting Room/Dining Room - Open plan with sea views, comfy sofas, tv, dvd, video, cd player, Pool table which converts to provide a six seater dining table. Bar Area - Retained by the owners for its quirkiness - a place to sit and discuss the day's pursuits with Multi-cd juke box.
Kitchen - Galley style kitchen with gas hob, electric oven/grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc. Occasional Bedroom - Located on the ground level this room has a single bed with pull out to provide an emergency double bed, this room has a door to the shower room, TV for use with DVD player only
Shower Room - WC, wash basin and shower cabinet with mains shower. Family Bathroom - With wc, wash basin and bath. This room is also on ground floor level.
Upper level:- Both main bedrooms are situated upstairs. Bedroom 1 - Panoramic sea views, king-sized bed, sitting area to admire the view, ample space for a cot, portable TV with inbuilt DVD. Bedroom 2 - Double bed with single futon bed (chair that makes into single bed) Portable TV with DVD.
Garden - There is a South facing garden to the front (with ample garden furniture) looking onto the Firth of Forth and the foreshore. There is also a small patio garden area to the rear of the property with the bbq area.
Garage - There is a single garage and ample on-street and other free parking nearby.

Local activities in and around St Monans, Central Scotland
Once a prosperous fishing village it is now very popular with tourists. Its architecture is dominated by pantiled roofs, brightly coloured cottages and outside staircases. A 750 year old church watches over the village and the windmill of St. Monans, dating back to1780, is about a 10 minute walk along the coastal path towards Pittenweem. There is an excellent seafood restaurant at the west end of the harbour, overlooking the sea.
