Characterful and spacious house in enviable position above Lower Largo's long sandy beach with direct access to the sand (or sea depending on the tide) via a gate and steps leading down from the South facing patio. The house has five bedrooms (one of which is a small single leading off a double which makes an ideal family suite), two en-suite bathrooms, two en-suites on the first floor and a family bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor for those with mobility problems.
The house comprises:-
Ground Floor A welcoming entrance hallway with traditional tiles and attractive staircase leading to upper level. Sitting Room - Ample comfy seating, colour tv., video, hi-fi, sea views. Modern and well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven, washer/dryer etc.
Dining area - situated in conservatory extension off the kitchen with pine table/bench and chairs and patio doors leading out to the terrace, tremendous sea views from this room. Study area - leading down from the dining area.
Bedroom (1) - Two single beds, wardrobe storage. Family Bathroom - Traditionally styled bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash basin and wc.
First Floor Bedroom (2) - Impressive master bedroom with stunning sea views, superking sized bed, table/chairs to admire the view (telescope provided). En-Suite - Shower, wc and wash basin. Bedroom (3) - Double bed, stunning sea views. Bedroom (4) - Single bedroom leading off bedroom 3. En-suite - Shower, wash basin and wc (this en-suite can be accessed by both bedroom 3 and bedroom 5. Bedroom (5) - Bunk beds (full sized adult beds).
Outside - full advantage of your location can be taken from this attractive terrace with has panoramic sea views, plenty of garden furniture for al-fresco dining, bar-b-que provided. This is a real sun-trap.

The story of Robinson Crusoe was (rumour has it in the local fishing community) based on the experiences of Alexander Selkirk, who was born and brought up in Lower Largo. There is a statue of ’Robinson Crusoe’ aka Alexander Selkirk in the village. The village nestles around a small harbour now primarily used by pleasure craft. From here you can step on to miles of golden sandy beach. There are plenty of colourful local hostelries within easy reach.
