Absolutely stunning detached 'B' listed house dating back to 1850 with stylish interior and unique original features set back from the picturesque harbour with uninterrupted sea views. Many original features have been retained, including the conversion of the original net loft into the most stunning sitting room on the second floor. The interior has been skilfully renovated and stylishly designed making the most of the unique original features.
Shops and restaurants/pubs all within walking distance. A separate apartment is also available which sleeps 2. (Visit Scotland 4 Star)
This spacious and characterful detached house is set back from the picturesque harbour in Pittenweem. Stunning and unrestricted sea views can be enjoyed from most of the house, and the decked garden overlooking the sea is well equipped with patio furniture, barbecue etc.

Ground Floor:- Bedroom 1 - King sized (or two singles), Bedroom 2 - Bunk Beds, tv/dvd, Shower Room with good quality fittings and wc, Separate wc, Door leading out to garden.
First Floor:- Kitchen/Dining room - a large open plan area ideal for a large gathering with gas/coal fire. Window seating overlooking the harbour in the dining room, large dining table comfortably seating 10, exceptionally well equipped and newly fitted kitchen. Utility Area with extra sink and washer/dryer.
Family Room - an extra sitting room for the children (or grown ups) to use with tv/video and playstation, there is also a comfortable sprung sofa bed in here. Both tvs in the house come with digital freeview channels. Bathroom - good quality fittings with shower over the bath. Bedroom 3 - King sized (or two singles).
Second Floor:- Sitting Room - what used to be the original net store which has been converted into the main living room with many interesting features, natural wooden floor, antique rugs and furniture and a raised seating area which makes the most of the sea view, wood burning stove etc. Bedroom 4 - Twin Bedroom, Bedroom 5 - King sized (or two singles). Bathroom - good quality fittings with shower over the bath.
Outside:- To the rear of the house is a spacious patio garden with garden furniture and bar-b-que area from where the most superb sea views can be enjoyed. There is an outhouse for safe storage of bikes.

Rental Notes: All rentals include the provision of good quality bed linen and towels. Gas and electricity are included in the price and a supply of wood for the stove if required.
