Set in the new residential area of Palm Mar this 5th Floor 2 bed/2 bath apartment has beautiful sea views, 2 sun terraces, balcony, 2 communal pools and communal gardens. Most of the apartments are privately owned with many residents living there which makes a friendly atmosphere, there is a selection of restaurants/tapas bars and shops around the apartment and its approx. 300m to sea front with promenade and park.
Palm Mar has no hotels, nightclubs or noisy traffic and sits between Montana de Guaza (which separates us from neighbouring Los Cristianos) and a nature reserve. Perfectly situated for peace and quiet with nightlife, shopping and busy beaches (watersports) just 10 mins away in Los Cristianos/Las Americas if you want it. The complex is secure with key and intercom access. Golf available in surrouding areas.
The first floor is tiled throughout and has 1st bedroom with ceiling fan and twin beds, chest of drawers, bedside table and plenty of wardrobe space with an electronic safe. The bathroom has a walk in shower, hand basin and wc. There is an American style kitchen fully equipped with fridge freezer, 2 ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and extractor fan, this area is open plan with the living room which has a double sofa bed, TV and DVD player which also plays CD's, dining table and 4 chairs and french doors leading onto a sea facing balcony.
Stairs form the living room lead up to another bedroom with en-suite bathroom, this room is used as a day room with a corner unit sofa (which pulls out to a double sleeping area), 2 chests of drawers, radio/cd player. French doors lead out on to a front solarium area with sea views and a rear door leads to the large rear solarium with pools views. There is a patio table and 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds. There are 2 pools one being for children and gardens. The complex has 5 lifts.

Palm Mar is well known for its diving and snorkelling with all the main dive schools bringing divers to the sea front to explore the wrecks.
We would recommend car hire for your stay unless you want to totally relax and stay in Palm Mar (taxi services are available).
