A traditional Andalucian villa with high ceilings, original beams and brickwork gives you a true feeling of being in Spain. The villa has been extended to incorporate an additional 3 large bedrooms and a lounge.
When entering the villa, you walk into the spacious dining area with a table to seat 8, there is an additional sofa bed which raises the sleeping capacity to 12. Through the archway is the lounge with two large sofas, an open fire, a TV & DVD with UK satellite channels. Patio doors open to a raised terrace with spectacular views. Also on this level is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table.
Down the spiral staircase to the lower level, you will find 3 large double bedrooms also with fitted wardrobes, two with ensuite bathrooms. There is also an additional lounge area with sofas, chairs and a TV. Patio doors open to the back garden & terrace.The garden is enclosed with a pathway to the front of the villa and steps to the upper terrace.
The large garden is gated and has a private pool with plenty of sun beds, a garden bench and BBQ.
The villa is only a few minutes drive from the beaches at Sotogrande and Duquesa.

Duquesa is located between Marbella and Gibraltar and only ten minutes away from Estepona. It is on the south west coast of Spain,and therefore the climate is good all year round with approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is situated within walking distance of Puerto de la Duquesa marina with its many shops, bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet, the choice is yours! At night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.
Across the road from the marina is the Duquesa Golf and Country Club which boasts superb facilities and a top class 18 hole course, overlooking the mediterranean.
