Brand-new chalet (built in 2003) next to the slopes in the Preyerand area of Les Menuires. The chalet enjoys an impressive view on the Belleville Valley.
High quality chalet with well designed interior. On the ground floor you will find a hallway with toilet, a spacious living room with sitting area and dining table, fire place, TV/DVD combination and a CD-stereo set. The chalet enjoys a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and an oven. The lower ground has a washing machine. Some chalets have a skistore room outside.
The lower ground floor has three bedrooms of which one has an ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. On this floor there is also a separate bathroom with shower and sink and a separate WC.

The first floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, and a bathroom with bath and WC. All bedrooms have two single beds and sufficient wardrobe space.
