This superb detached villa is located only a 15 minute walk away from the beautiful sandy beaches and clear waters of the area. The town centre, bars, restaurants and shopping centre are also within easy walking distance from the villa.
The beautiful accommodation is all on one level and comprises of: A spacious combined living / dining room and fully fitted American style open plan kitchen. There is one double master bedroom with with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom. All bedrooms benefit from solid wooden fitted wardrobes and good quality furniture. Portable Air conditioning units are available to hire (subject to availability).
Outside, on the covered patio there is a BBQ and a wooded patio furniture set. The 7m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps is surrounded by an open sun terrace, lawns and ornament gardens. Sun beds and parasols are provided. There is a reception area, tennis courts and gymnasium for client’s use.

Fuerteventura is much less frenzied than any of its neighbouring islands and has thankfully been protected from over-development.
Fuerteventura is just 60 miles from the North African coast and for thousands of years sand from the Sahara has been deposited on Fuerteventura's shores leaving over 125 miles of some of the best beaches in the world. These amazing beaches, combined with over 3,000 hours of sunshine a year, make a holiday in Fuerteventura an ideal family holiday at any time of the year.
Furthermore, the compactness of the island means that all of the visitor attractions and other points of interest are easily reached from the villa.
Corralejo is approximately 2 miles square, making it the largest holiday resort on the island. At its centre Corralejo remains a traditional fishing village, however, there are many new buildings behind around the town. Along the waterfront there is a promenade that is lined with cafes and restaurants and from the port there is a regular ferry service to Lanzarote.
The beaches in Corralejo are a major attraction. The area has 7 miles of fine sand along with some smaller bays along the coast. In addition, there are several miles of sand dunes located nearby, which have been designated as a nature reserve. The waters around Corralejo are clear and an intense shade of blue, but are affected by strong currents. The town's beaches are somewhat more sheltered and have a band of volcanic rock along the shoreline.
