It’s a fantastic renovation of an old 17th century town house, situated in the middle of the popular village of Roussillon. It rambles over different floors and levels, both inside and out. Take a walk outside and enjoy the garden and outside space, tumbling down the hillside via a number of terraces, to your own private 8m X 4m swimming pool. Everything really is on hand here, a couple of minutes or less to walk to the boulangerie, cafes, bars and restaurants.

There is ample space in the property for up to 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms, three doubles and a twin, each decorated in a chic, unique, manner, ensuring a truly comfortable stay. With three bathrooms and two additional separate WCs, there shouldn't be too many queues at busy times!
The living room is as stylish as the rest of the house, and has a working fireplace at its heart. There's also a separate TV/reading room with an extensive DVD and music collection. Built on several levels, the garden is well-kept and great for relaxing during the day. The top floor comprises of a terace and BBQ, the levels then dropping down towards the excellent pool below!

Local activities in and around Roussillon, Cote d'Azur/Provence
Roussillon is classified as ‘One of the most Beautiful Villages in France’. It is situated in the midst of Peter Mayles famed Provencal landscapes.
It has a lovely 16th Century church at its centre and enough small shops and facilities (eg boulangeries, post office, cafes and restaurants) to keep most visitors well stocked on whatever they need. There is also a weekly market on a Thursday which is well worth a visit.
There are endless possibilities for different activities in the area; Walking through the famous Red Ochre forest surrounding the village, cycling the pathways of the Luberon Regional Park, horse riding in nearby Joucas. Or for something a little different, how about some hot air ballooning in nearby St Saturnin les Apt!
As well as the facilities on your doorstep, there are more facilities available a little further a field. Apt (12kms) has good supermarkets, as does Cavaillon (20kms) and of course Avignon (45kms).
Restaurants are abundant both in the the village and in the surrounding countryside. There are also a large number of beautiful villages within about 2-10kms away (Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Isle sur la Sorgue etc).
Nearby, it's possible to find a host of famous sites, including Pont-du-Gard, St Remy de Provence and Avignon, with its fine Medieval architecture.
A wander around the many local markets is also strongly advised to pick up some of the fantastic local produce!
The village of Roussillon lies just 12 kms away from Apt, about 20kms from Cavaillon and Carpentras. Avignon and Aix-en-Provence are 50 minutes drive and Marseille airport is just over the hour.
