Bishops Well Cottage sleeps 6/7 in three bedrooms. It has been lovingly restored to retain a wealth of stone features and oak beams It sits in 6 acres of private wooded lawns and has a 12 x 6 metre heated pool.
The cottage was once part of the Manoir de Bodion. It has a beautiful lounge with magnificent slate and granite fireplace and above is the large sunlit master bedroom. There are two other bedrooms, one with twin beds overlooking the front drive and the other bunk beds with views over the cherry orchard. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a shower room on the ground floor. There is a large 12 x 6 metre pool in a secure lawned garden and swings and ball games are provided too.

Local activities in and around Pontivy, Brittany
The south coast with sandy beaches and rocky coves is 45 minutes drive; Lake Guerledan for watersports, fishing and walking is 30 minutes. Pontivy is aproximately 10 kms with a variety of restaurants and shopping facilities. Golf, horse riding, canoeing, karting ,tennis and interesting walks are all within easy reach of the Manoir.
For the Energetic
Morbihan offers a wealth of activites all within 45 minutes of the cottages.
Cycling for all stages from the gentle towpaths beside the Blavet river, through quiet country lanes and villages to the more exacting marked trails..
Walking: there are numerous well-marked paths through forests, along the coast and rivers.
Fishing; all types of angling is catered for and daily or weekly permits are available.
