This newly constructed detached villa is located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants in one of Menorca’s most delightful resorts.
The accommodation comprises of;
Inside: L-shaped lounge / dining room, American style fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. It has been especially designed to be suitable for the disabled having wide doors and ramps where necessary.
Outside: Double doors from the lounge lead to a covered terrace, a large 9m x 4.5m swimming pool with Roman steps at the shallow end to allow easy access for children, the elderly and disabled. Sun beds and parasols are provided along with patio furniture and a brick built BBQ. There is off road parking on the driveway and lovely distant sea views from the patio and gardens.
