The accommodation comprises of; Inside: Three twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a family bathroom, and spacious lounge / dining room with American style fitted kitchen. The villa is tastefully furnished and well equipped throughout.
Outside: Shaded and open sun terraces, an 8m x 4m swimming pool with poolside shower; extensive mature gardens and lawns with off road parking. Patio furniture, sun beds and a BBQ are provided.

Menorca has more beaches than all the other Balearic islands put together, and most of the 200km coastline is made up of beautiful, clean sandy coves separated by rocky headlands. Much of the island's interior is lush and green with pine covered hills so you can be sure of a wonderful environment in which to enjoy your holiday.
Son Bou is famous for its magnificent white sandy beach which stretches for about 3km, making it the longest beach on Menorca. The area's clear blue waters, offer excellent bathing and a diverse range of water sports are available for you to try, such as water skiing, jet skiing and windsurfing.
