For a real taste of country life this gem of a holiday home is a must! The location on a small farm is wonderful - peaceful, rural yet centrally situated for touring all over Kent. The Shetland ponies, lambs and the nanny goat are loved by everyone - making a real family experience - plus bring your own pony too! The cottage is enveloped in Virginia Creeper and Clematis with entrance through stable door - two steps up into spacious carpeted open plan kitchen/living room with sofa, armchair, occasional tables, Colour TV/DVD and oval dining table and chairs.
The kitchen area is partitioned by lovely beams and has oak laminate flooring, dishwasher, automatic washer/dryer, electric oven and hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave and ample equipment. The twin bedroom has beautiful views over the countryside and next door is the family bathroom with shower over the bath, washbasin and W.C and shaver point. French doors lead from the lounge to a south facing patio garden with trellis for privacy - a real sun trap with those wonderful views across the meadow to the woodland bayond. The cottage has a climate control heating and air-conditioning system for year round comfort.
