The accommodation, which is on one level, comprises of; Inside: There is a master double bedroom, a further double bedroom and one twin bedroom that all have en-suite bathrooms. In addition there are two more twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom and a separate guest cloakroom / WC. There is a very spacious lounge / dining room with a feature wood burner stove, large picture windows offer wonderful panoramic sea views and the separate breakfast kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard.
Outside: Spacious covered terrace with patio furniture, beautifully kept mature gardens with lawns, 14m x 7m swimming pool with roman steps and a free flow system for easy access, brick built BBQ, and sun beds and parasols are provided. The villa is set in extensive grounds with wonderful sea views and offers excellent all round privacy and off road parking.
