This large detached villa is conveniently located approximately 100m from Binibeca’s safe sandy beach and within easy walking distance of the resort’s shops, supermarkets and fine restaurants making it an ideal choice for a family holiday.
The accommodation, which is in a traditional Menorcan style and all on one level, comprises of;
Inside: One double bedroom, three twin bedrooms, a family bathroom, separate shower room, a spacious lounge / dining room with exposed beams, and a separate fitted breakfast-kitchen.
Outside: Covered terraces, with patio furniture, a 10m x 7m swimming pool with roman steps and a poolside shower, sun beds and a parasol are provided and there is a brick built Barbeque.
The villa has extensive mature gardens to the front and rear with sea views towards Binibeca beach. It is constructed on a large plot with high hedges for privacy and a driveway to give off road parking.
